Kelsy Dawsey,  Southern Crescent Technical College's delegate to the EAGLE (Exceptional Adult Georgian in Literacy Education) Leadership Institute in Atlanta, has been awarded the EAGLE Spirit Award.  The Spirit Award is given annually to the EAGLE delegate that has been chosen by peers to represent Adult Education students statewide as an ambassador and spokesperson for literacy.
