Southern Crescent Technical College is excited to announce an Open House and Family Fun Day, scheduled for Saturday, September 14th at the SCTC Henry County Center in McDonough, GA. This free, family-friendly event will take place from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and everyone is welcome to attend.
Event Highlights Include:
– No Application Fee: Attendees can benefit from waived application fees, making it easier than ever to start their higher education journey. Now is the time to apply if you have been considering taking classes at SCTC.
– Hands-On Program Demonstrations: Explore our various programs through interactive demonstrations designed to give you a taste of what we offer.
– Tour our Labs: Discover our campus facilities and tour academic labs in areas such as Automotive and Collision, MRI, Phlebotomy, Nursing, and Mechatronics.
– On-the-Spot Advisement and Registration: Meet with our advisors to get assistance with registration, financial aid, and academic planning.
– Free Refreshments and Giveaways: Enjoy complimentary refreshments and take-home exciting giveaways.
In addition, our team will be available to provide information and answer questions about the following:
– Earning College Credit While in High School: Learn how high school students start earning college credits early by enrolling in our Dual Enrollment courses.
– High School Equivalency: Explore options for obtaining a GED or high school diploma equivalency.
– ESL Classes: Find out about our English as a Second Language programs designed to help non-native speakers succeed academically.
