To order an official transcript:
In compliance with federal regulations, beginning July 1, 2024, SCTC will no longer withhold student transcripts for balances owed to the college. Students with balances will now be allowed to receive their official transcripts to attend other institutions of higher learning or to obtain employment. Southern Crescent Technical College has retained Parchment to accept transcript orders online. To begin your transcript order, please click on the icon below:
A $10.00 fee will be charged for each copy.
Attention!! The transcript fee increased to $10 at the start of the Fall 2022 semester.
In Person
PLEASE NOTE: Southern Crescent Technical College is no longer accepting transcript orders via fax or email. Transcripts cannot be issued to a student whose record indicates financial obligation to the college.
To print an unofficial transcript:
- Log in to BannerWeb
- Enter Secure Area
- Go to: Student Services & Financial Aid → Student Records → Unofficial Transcript
- Select All Levels and Student Transcript Unofficial from dropdown menu
- Click Submit
